COBOT cells
We design cells integrating collaborative robots (cobots) dedicated to the agri-food industry, aimed at automating pick-and-place, packaging, loading/unloading operations, while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.
In this context, the COBOT is particularly well suited to assisting operators with repetitive tasks: it stabilizes throughput, reduces physical strain, and improves consistency, without requiring a heavy, traditional robotic cell. The goal is to achieve “just enough” automation, easily integrable into existing production lines and adaptable to product variations.
Hygienic design & system integration
The cells are designed in compliance with agri-food industry constraints, including cleanability, wet environments, splash exposure, and process flow organization. We integrate process peripherals (conveyors, tables, fixtures, feeding systems, buffer zones) and define trajectories and workstations that align with your operating procedures.
Ergonomics remains a central focus: pick heights, placement zones, operator access, and operation in semi-automatic or fully automatic modes, depending on the production setup.

Can be used in conjunction with our IT solutions.
