Productive, efficient and tailored
The CALIBRA SL Station Line enables cutting operations to be carried out at individual workstations. Its purpose is to control the rate at which products are sent to each deboning station, improve workstation ergonomics, and reduce manual handling associated with collecting cut products.
Each cutting station distributes meat portions at a defined rate per station (number of products per set time) and collects the deboned/trimmed prime cuts, secondary products, and waste.
Each line is equipped with a control station that allows more or less random quality checks of the cutting process, in order to maintain the required quality level.
Productive, efficient and tailored
The distribution of cut products at a controlled rate per workstation makes it possible to adapt the production pace to the specific characteristics of each operator, while ensuring an even workload distribution across stations. Each operator station is designed with a strong focus on ergonomics, with the aim of reducing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
The collection of products and their routing to packaging or grinding areas helps reduce manual handling and the storage of containers around the lines, thereby lowering the risk of accidents.
This cutting line can be used in conjunction with our mechanical solutions.
Ergonomic and adapted construction
Each workstation is individual, and the cutting and deboning tables are designed to suit the operator’s profile (left- or right-handed).
The stations are individually height-adjustable using a pneumatic lever. A small scale located on the side indicates the workstation height.

The new graphical interface has been redesigned by our software engineers to simplify the configuration of Vendée Concept industrial machines.
Program setup is simple, fast, and intuitive, providing time savings for production managers in their control decisions.
The Calibra SL’s software system enables monitoring of productivity and material yield. Each line is equipped with a control station that allows quality checks to be carried out in order to maintain the required quality level.
