The Compact Grader is a dynamic weighing system designed to provide a high-performance solution with a reduced footprint. Its main advantage is its compact format, which facilitates line integration, mobility, and quick commissioning. From design to installation, everything is planned to make the process simple, efficient, and repeatable. Products are weighed in motion and automatically sorted according to their weight. Ejection is performed by flippers into discharge chutes, allowing clear separation of weight categories. Each ejection station can be configured in “bin” mode to form weight-based packages (controlled accumulation up to the set target). The entire system is controlled by the Vendée Concept Central Unit, managing recipes, thresholds, outputs, and safety features. Operation is therefore simplified, with full control via the HMI and accessible production monitoring.
