The CALIBRA PE is a complete weighing and labeling solution that combines the CALIBRA T QUARTZ dynamic sorter with the labeling machine developed by Vendée Concept. The system automatically weighs, inspects, and labels each product.
CALIBRA T QUARTZ
The Calibra T Quartz is an automatic weighing instrument certified by the LNE in accordance with OIML Recommendation R51 (certificate LNE-33696). Designed for the dynamic weighing of loose or packaged products, it uses a single weighing belt that provides excellent stability.
The sorter is fully configurable to accommodate the products being processed, allowing for easy adaptation to the user’s production needs. The system supports product sorting by weight, automatic rejection of non-conforming items, and statistical tracking of production.
Weighing data is stored locally and can be exported via a USB drive or through our software solutions—RECUP DC or GESTPROD—ensuring complete and reliable traceability of all measurements.
LABELER WITH PRINT UNIT
The Vendée Concept labeling machine, controlled directly by the Calibra T Quartz, ensures that printing is perfectly synchronized with the weighing process and that labels are applied with precision. Depending on the line configuration, it can apply the label to the top, side, or bottom of the container, ensuring optimal adaptation to every need.
This checkweigher can be used in conjunction with our IT solutions.
