Calibra T Quartz X/Y

The Calibra T Quartz is an automatic weighing instrument certified by the LNE in accordance with OIML Recommendation R51 (certificate LNE-33696). Designed for the dynamic weighing of loose or packaged products, it uses a single weighing belt that provides excellent stability.

The sorter is fully configurable to accommodate the products being processed, allowing for easy adaptation to the user’s production needs. The system supports product sorting by weight, automatic rejection of non-conforming items, and statistical tracking of production.

Weighing data is stored locally and can be exported via a USB drive or through our software solutions—RECUP DC or GESTPROD—ensuring complete and reliable traceability of all measurements.

Weight-Price Labelling

For weight–price applications, it is possible to integrate one or two labeling machines after the weighing zone. Labeling is triggered based on the weighing data, allowing the application of production-compliant labels (variable data linked to the measured weight) without complicating the operation of the line.

Metal Detector

The Calibra T Quartz can be paired with a metal detector downstream of the weighing process to integrate an additional quality control step within the same production flow. This configuration ensures continuous conveying while adding a product safety check after the weight measurement.
