CARTON DESTACKER

The Vendée Concept Carton Destacker is designed to automate the handling of carton stacks and streamline production lines while reducing manual handling. It ensures precise, continuous, and safe destacking, regardless of the production speed or carton format.
Carton stacks weighing up to 16 kg can be placed in a modular buffer storage of up to 8 stacks, allowing continuous line feeding. The system adapts to various carton sizes, offering high operational flexibility.
Thanks to automatic stack height detection, the destacker removes cartons one by one and conveys them to the downstream conveyor, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted flow.
An integrated barcode reader enables automatic carton identification and labeling, minimizing errors and optimizing traceability.
With a throughput of up to 1,100 products per hour, the destacker significantly improves productivity while reducing strain on operators. Its ergonomic and safe design enhances working comfort and helps prevent manual handling-related injuries.
