Compact, simple et precise
The CALIBRA CV sorts products according to their size (length and width) using an onboard vision system. It is possible to integrate a vision system with our weighing conveyor. The weighing and vision systems are controlled independently by their industrial PCs, providing greater flexibility.
The electrical cabinet includes two industrial PCs for controlling the camera and the grader. A switch allows the display of the control screens to be changed. Products are directed into stainless steel receiving channels equipped with rubber flaps and an HD500 lining to protect the product during ejection.
Automatic gates enable dosing by piece count across the different ejection outlets.
A system of signal beacons and sirens indicates sorting faults (red beacon) and full automatic traps (green beacon).
This Calibra can be used in conjunction with our IT solutions.
