The electric pallet height adjuster is an ergonomic and safe piece of equipment designed to optimize pallet loading and unloading operations. It is particularly suited for industrial environments that require efficient material handling while ensuring operator safety.
Pallet Loading
- The operator places the pallet into the elevator using a pallet truck.
- Once the pallet is correctly positioned, the elevator door is closed to ensure safe operation throughout the cycle.
Pallet Management
- Full Pallets :
The operator, standing on an elevated platform, picks the bins one by one at an ergonomic working height. The full bins are then transferred to a bin turner for emptying and integration into the production process. - Empty Pallets:
After unloading, the empty bins are stacked on a dedicated pallet positioned in the elevator designed for this purpose.
