Geobox Turner

The Geobox Turner is a machine designed to ensure controlled emptying of a pallet box (Geobox) into a hopper or directly onto a conveyor.
The entire unit is made of 304L stainless steel, making it suitable for food processing environments and easy to clean.
The Geobox is manually loaded, after which the system performs the turning operation, guaranteeing a controlled drop of the product and safe handling.

Once the Geobox is positioned in the pickup area, the equipment executes the turn to empty the container.

Le déversement peut être effectué :

• Manually, by holding down a push button (direct operator control);
• Automatically, via a cycle start: the turning and emptying process are then fully automated.

Spill Management & Operator Safety

In automatic mode, emptying is carried out in a controlled manner thanks to level measurement sensors (on the hopper/conveyor) that adjust the flow and prevent overloading. Operator safety is ensured by protective devices, including light curtains, which secure access to the moving area and stop the cycle in case of intrusion.
