Data recovery software
This software is a handy tool for businesses wishing to monitor their production in a straightforward manner. It is installed on computers connected to the machines via the network, enabling reports to be generated automatically at the end of each production run. Files can be sorted by year, month and day, making it easier to search for and view information.
The RECUP DC software enables you to retrieve production data from each connected grading machine at the end of the production run. This data is saved in text or spreadsheet files and is made available to you for further processing. The data is available at the end of production.
For real-time batch data management, we recommend using the supervisor software instead. The ‘RecupDC’ software is a Windows service. It is available in English or French. The connection is made via the Ethernet network.
1 software licence is required per connected machine. The connection is made via specialised hardware supplied by Vendée Concept.

DATA PROVIDED BY RECUP DC
Depending on the options and the type of machine, the following can be retrieved during operation:
| The start and end times of production (the time of the first product and the last product) |
| The number and total weight per ejection station. |
| The weight follows a distribution curve of the products weighed by the sorting machine, along with a mean and a standard deviation. |
| In the case of grading and dosing machines, the individual weights or weights following a weight distribution curve for the cartons produced by the grading machine are recorded, along with the mean and standard deviation. It is possible to group the data. |
| Where product recognition is used (via a CMP multi-product cell), one set of results per product type: distribution curve, mean and standard deviation. |
| In the case of the group-based aggregation option, one result per product group: weight distribution curve, mean and standard deviation |
