CRATES UNLOADING

The Crate Dock is a solution dedicated to conveying full poultry crates, automatically delivering them to manual hooking stations with a continuous and organized flow. The crates are transported on a chain conveyor and presented at working height, facilitating handling and improving ergonomics for the operators.
After unloading, the empty crates are automatically directed to a cleaning area, then transferred to an operator zone for removal according to the site layout. The main advantage of this process is the elimination of manual handling of poultry crates at the dock, reducing movement and lifting efforts, and ensuring a secure feeding rhythm to the hooking stations. This approach improves productivity while enhancing ergonomics and ensuring smoother, more consistent operation.
