Compact, simple et precise
The CALIBRA SA allows continuous-flow weighing of products in batches for packaging. The system consists of a stainless steel hopper, an elevator conveyor, and a semi-automatic weighing station. It can handle fresh or frozen products fed via a conveyor. Its ultra-compact frame, equipped with lockable casters, ensures optimal mobility within the production area. Products arrive in bulk on the elevator conveyor toward the weighing station. A waiting bin on the scale fills according to a set target weight.
When the target is reached, a signal light turns on and the pneumatic traps closes, allowing the operator to adjust the weight during hidden time. Once the bin is manually replaced, pressing the illuminated push button reopens the gate.
The display allows programming of the target weight. The operator manually replaces the bin.
