THE EFFECTIVE COMBINATION OF CALIBRATION AND DOSING
The CALIBRA CD from Vendée Concept is an ideal piece of equipment that combines grading and batching of poultry. This system incorporates industrial process intelligence: the grader-batching machine sorts and groups poultry according to a defined weight. It also offers the capability to sort and group different species.
The CALIBRA CD features cumulative batching: once a predefined weight is programmed, it collects the poultry in buffer channels until the target weight is reached.
A buffer channel is equipped with a guillotine gate operated by a pneumatic cylinder with a stainless steel rod. It allows temporary storage of products once the weight of the current crate being filled is reached. An illuminated push button enables the release of stored products when the crate has been replaced. The combination of poultry weighing and batching ensures optimal production efficiency.
The grader-batching machine is available in five languages: English, French, Spanish, Polish, and Turkish.
A suitable design
To optimize operators’ workspaces, Vendée Concept optionally equips the stations with work tables.
The conveyors are also arranged upstream and downstream of the weighing bridge according to your plant layout.
