The Anisakis Project and the OASPIR-B Machine

We are currently developing several projects focused on the Anisakis challenge, including an innovative machine called the OASPIR-B. Designed to meet the specific needs of the fishing industry, the OASPIR-B consists of a stainless steel tank, a vacuum pump, and a suction gun.
Following successful sea trials on board fishing vessels, the machine is now undergoing testing at the Foro Marée facility in Les Sables-d’Olonne, France. This project aims to improve both the efficiency and safety of seafood processing operations.

Removal of Slipper Limpets from Scallops

Another project currently under development focuses on the removal of slipper limpets from scallops. These invasive molluscs represent a major challenge for the quality and commercial value of shellfish. Our engineering teams are developing a precise and high-performance mechanical process designed to meet the needs of seafood professionals while complying with strict food safety and hygiene standards.
