For several years, we have implemented a quality policy that applies 3D design of our machines, self-checking and trial testing before delivery.
Quality
Vendée Concept primarily works with 304L and 316L stainless steel, thus complying with current European regulations. Our suppliers deliver the parts with food-grade certificates, attesting that the material is suitable for food contact. This is essential to guarantee consumer safety and health.
Quality is a guiding principle of our policy; we aim to satisfy our customers and guarantee the best possible product. To this end, we test the machines ourselves before shipping.
- Machine cleaning before inspection.
- Verification of the conformity of the parts and assembly of the modules.
- Functional verification of each module.
- Verification of module assembly with direction of operation: assembly of BDL motors, belts and chains according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Sécurity
Vendée Concept places particular importance on safety and implements rigorous measures to guarantee a reliable working environment. The premises are secure and fully comply with current standards. Access to the workshop is strictly controlled, and the wearing of safety shoes is mandatory at all times for all teams. In addition, personal protective equipment gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection is used systematically.
Before shipment, the machines are put into service to ensure their proper functioning, but also their compliance with safety requirements.
More broadly, Vendée Concept ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, both within and outside its facilities. Every employee is committed to applying the principles defined in the company’s safety charter.
Environment
The company is fully aware of the challenges related to sustainable development and strives to adopt an increasingly responsible approach.
Production generates little waste, and particular attention is paid to its management: cardboard and plastics are sorted and then recycled. Following this same principle, solar panels have been installed to promote cleaner energy production, and charging stations for electric vehicles are available.
Furthermore, the company is also committed to a concrete environmental approach by replanting the fir trees used during the Christmas period every year.
