Also, the robot is equipped with and adaptable gripper and customised to the diffrent food industry applications, fully created by Vendée Concept, the integration of robots to production lines that already exists is now possible thanks to a partnership with Stäubli.
The CALIBRA OPEZ-B works in two stages. The upper part is used to place products. There are seven weighing buckets that discharge in 14 buffer hatches with angular opening (two for each bucket). Each product have to be placed individually in one of the 7 buckets. When a product has been weighed, the bucket swivels by 90° and places it on the buffer hatch. At that moment, the program calculates the better combination in order to match the targeted weigh.
Compact and very simple to maintain, the CALIBRA CC is ideal for small and medium companies.
Composed of 3 to 8 ejection stations, in a left/right combination or in line, the CALIBRA CC improves productivity and resolves your pace constraints .
This compact grader is able to sort different products simultaneously in large quantities. It is an economical grading solution with a maximum performance using minimum space.
Vendee Concept CALIBRA CD is an ideal equipment that combine meat grading and batching. This system integrate the intelligence in industrial process: the grader batcher sorts and joints the products in function of a pre-defined weight. It also offers the possibility to sort and join different species.
The CALIBRA QUARTZ weighing bridge is made of a weighing pan allowing the grading while moving all type of products, whether they are packaged or not. The 8 or 15” touch screen allows the different grade programing. The management software offers you a possible program panel.
Vendee Concept offers a solution for small sized products batching too, which allows the putting of small food products into food batches.
The linear weigher CALIBRA ML has been created for the calibration of delicates, small sized and sticky products. Its objective is to batch constant weight doses before transferring the batch to the loading area of the thermoformer.
Vendee Concept QUARTZ checkweigher can propose an optimal treatment of the products and a high weighing precision. The QUARTZ checkweigher adapts itself to packaged products.
The software insures a comparison of the products while respecting the target weight. This way, the products noncompliant to the expected weight are ejected by a flipper or a blower system.
