Individual adjustable platform
The standing position over long periods of time can be responsible of aches and pain for the operator, such as general muscular exhaust. The platforms designed by VENDEE CONCEPT adjustable to suit the height of the worker.
The stainless steel Work table
Vendée Concept proposes work tables designed and created specifically for its machines. In function of the work to do, Vendée Concept adapts projects and products accordingly to your needs proposing to you diferent tables such as tying tables, cutting tables, stamping tables… They are adjustable in height and made in adapted materials.
The tray destacker
Simple to operate, this tool allows to unstack various piles of trays on double rollers. The forks take over the roller and lift the stacks up to the clamps height. The boxes are sent to the operator thanks to a free-turning rollers zone.
Live bird handling system
VENDEE CONCEPT has offered a highly competitive product: the Container Loader. This machine automates reception of live poultry into the slaughter line.
The container elevator
The container elevator allows to put a pile of thermosealed containers at a good height. Made of 304L stainless steel, it is made of a 4 polyamide feet mounted frame and a HD500 pan adjusted with a rodless pneumatic cylinder with 700mm course.
Live bird supply systems for crates
Simple and automatic, the system for crates allows stacking and unstacking batteries at the unloading area. No manual action is required.

The tray elevator
The more usual professional diseases are linked to the heavy load lifting, with back injuries. In order to avoid all unnecessary movements, this tray elevator brings a tray pile on simple roller at the work zone height.
The cone line
The cone line is specifically designed to cut whole poultry products. It facilitates the operators’ work as each poultry product is inserted in a separate cone and the optimized inclination of the product allows the operator to perform a precise and waste-free cut.
